Shipping Rules

We use FEDEX for international delivery logistics. There will be different shipping charges for different countries.

You can try out the shipping cost for delivery to your region through the checkout page, rest assured that no charges will be incurred until you confirm your order.

Please fill out the shipping information in English, this will expedite the delivery of your package and ensure it is delivered to the correct address.

Delivery Time

The delivery will be arranged within 7-30 working days after the spot order is placed (excluding holidays). The detailed delivery time is mainly based on the actual delivery.

Delayed shipments due to production problems or other unexpected conditions will be notified by email.


Customs and Import Duties

Customs duties include GST and VAT and are not included in the price of the product.

Please note that after the package arrives at the destination, customs duties, import taxes, and related customs clearance fees may be charged in the region. These fees are determined by the local customs department. The relevant fees and taxes will be paid by the recipient, and HARMONIZE is not responsible.
