HARMONIZE HMZ Series carbon fiber front fenders are molded to the original fender geometry of each intended application, providing a precise, direct-fit replacement.

Mounting Instructions
  1. Remove the original front fender from the fork legs and set aside the original mounting screws.
  2. Test-fit the HMZ-R1 FD against the fork mounting points before final installation.
  3. Secure using the original mounting screws at the specified torque setting.
  4. Confirm clearance around the front wheel, brake lines, and fender at full suspension travel before riding.

Shipping: Orders are prepared according to the inventory or production status shown on the product page. Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery & Duties: Transit times begin after dispatch and do not include order processing, production lead time, customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays. International orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place), Incoterms® 2020 unless otherwise stated. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and brokerage fees may apply and are the recipient's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Policy.

Returns: Returns must be requested before the product is installed. Items must remain unused and uninstalled, with the adhesive liner intact and all original packaging and components included. Products with removed adhesive liners or signs of attempted installation cannot be returned.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Please confirm compatibility before ordering — mounting points may vary slightly between the YZF-R1, YZF-R6, and MT-10 platforms even where the fender design is shared.

Does installation require drilling?

No. The HMZ-R1 FD is a direct bolt-on replacement for the original front fender. It reuses your motorcycle's existing mounting screws, so no drilling or permanent modification is required.

Does this fender include mounting hardware?

No. Because the HMZ-R1 FD is a direct-fit replacement, it reuses the screws from your original OEM fender. No additional hardware is included in the box. Inspect the original screws before reinstallation and replace any that are worn, stripped, or corroded.

Is professional installation required?

Most owners comfortable with basic motorcycle maintenance can complete the swap by following the included installation guide, since it uses the factory mounting points. If you're unfamiliar with removing front-end bodywork or unsure about the correct torque setting for your model, we recommend having it installed by a qualified motorcycle workshop.

What if it arrives damaged or doesn't fit correctly?

Inspect and dry-fit the fender before final installation. If it arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not align with the OEM mounting points, contact HARMONIZE with your order number and clear photos before proceeding. Confirmed shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items will be reviewed for replacement or return. Fenders that have been installed cannot be returned for fitment-related reasons.
