Mounting Instructions
- Dry-fit the tank cover and confirm final position before removing the adhesive liner.
- Confirm the tank surface is clean, dry, and free from wax, fuel residue, protective film, or coating buildup.
- Install at an ambient temperature of 25–30°C (77–86°F), applying firm, even pressure across the entire bonding area from one edge outward.
- Allow 72 hours after installation before washing the motorcycle or exposing the cover to sustained riding loads.
Care: Avoid direct pressure washing around the bonded edges, fuel spills, solvents, and strong acidic or alkaline cleaners.

Delivery & Duties: Transit times begin after dispatch and do not include order processing, production lead time, customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays. International orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place), Incoterms® 2020 unless otherwise stated. Shipping Policy.
Returns: Returns must be requested before installation. Items must remain unused and uninstalled, with the adhesive liner intact and all original packaging and components included. Products with removed adhesive liners or signs of attempted installation cannot be returned for fitment-related reasons.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
