The raised, textured profile creates a more defined contact area for the rider’s lower body, helping improve support and stability during acceleration, braking, and cornering.

Fitment with aftermarket tank covers, replacement body panels, protective films, or modified surfaces cannot be guaranteed.
Mounting Instructions
Avoid repositioning the component after it has made contact with the mounting surface.
- Test-fit the component and confirm its final position before removing the adhesive liner.
- Clean the mounting surface thoroughly. It must be completely dry and free from dust, oil, wax, and coating residue. Clean and dry your hands before installation.
- Install at an ambient temperature of 25–30°C (77–86°F). If necessary, gently warm the mounting surface to improve adhesion.
- Gradually remove the adhesive liner while positioning the component. Apply firm, even pressure across the entire bonding area.
- Allow the adhesive to set for at least 12 hours before riding, washing the motorcycle, or exposing the area to moisture.
Care: Avoid direct contact with pressure washers, solvents, alcohol, and strong acidic or alkaline cleaners.

Returns: Returns must be requested before the product is installed. Items must remain unused and uninstalled, with the adhesive liner intact and all original packaging and components included. Products with removed adhesive liners or signs of attempted installation cannot be returned.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

What is the EXT Series made from?
The HARMONIZE EXT Series Extension Support Kit is constructed from flexible TPU with an engineered internal support structure. This combination allows the component to absorb repeated pressure from the rider’s legs while providing a supportive, body-responsive contact surface.
Because TPU is a flexible thermoplastic rather than a rigid plastic, slight shape settling may develop after prolonged pressure or high-temperature exposure.
This is a normal characteristic of the material and reflects the flexibility required for rider contact and everyday motorcycle use.
How does the EXT Series support the rider during braking and cornering?
Under straight-line hard braking, the raised profile helps support the rider against forward movement. During cornering and body-weight transfer, it provides a larger contact area for the inner thigh of the outside leg, helping the rider brace more securely and maintain a stable body position.
Is the EXT Series designed for a specific motorcycle?
Each HARMONIZE EXT product is developed for the specified motorcycle model and year range rather than as a universal component. Its installation position extends the contact area where the rider’s leg typically engages the motorcycle during hanging-off and body-position transitions.
How is the EXT Series installed, and is it compatible with aftermarket tank grips?
All EXT products use 3M VHB adhesive and require no drilling. For maximum bond strength, the installation surface must be clean, dry, and free from wax, coatings, surface-care products, or chemical residue. Riding may begin immediately, but allowing 24 hours improves adhesion. Avoid pressure washing during this period.
EXT and EXT-S are compatible with most aftermarket tank grips.
EXT-RS and EXT-RSH may overlap with certain designs, requiring the tank grips to be repositioned or carefully trimmed.
What should I do if the fitment is incorrect or the EXT becomes loose?
If the wrong model or year was ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about compatibility.
Do not ride with or place pressure on a loose EXT product. Remove it, replace the adhesive, and reinstall it only after confirming full contact with the mounting surface. Never use sharp tools for removal. Any remaining adhesive can be softened with controlled heat or removed using a paint-safe adhesive remover. The product may be reused with new adhesive if both the component and mounting surface remain undamaged.
