YZF-R1 Extension Support Kit (EXT-S)

Avoid repositioning the component after it has made contact with the mounting surface.

1. Test-fit the component and confirm its final position before removing the adhesive liner.
2. Clean the mounting surface thoroughly. It must be completely dry and free from dust, oil, wax, and coating residue. Clean and dry your hands before installation.
3. Install at an ambient temperature of 25–30°C (77–86°F). If necessary, gently warm the mounting surface to improve adhesion.
4. Gradually remove the adhesive liner while positioning the component. Apply firm, even pressure across the entire bonding area.
5. Allow the adhesive to set for at least 12 hours before riding, washing the motorcycle, or exposing the area to moisture.

Care: Avoid direct contact with pressure washers, solvents, alcohol, and strong acidic or alkaline cleaners.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping is available worldwide. When DDP is selected at checkout, applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid with your order, so no additional import charges are due upon delivery.

Shipping: Orders are prepared according to the inventory or production status shown on the product page. Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery & Duties: Transit times begin after dispatch and do not include order processing, production lead time, customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays. International orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place), Incoterms® 2020 unless otherwise stated. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and brokerage fees may apply and are the recipient's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Policy.

Returns: Returns must be requested before the product is installed. Items must remain unused and uninstalled, with the adhesive liner intact and all original packaging and components included. Products with removed adhesive liners or signs of attempted installation cannot be returned.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
